HEALTHY MUFFINS 
2 c. white flour
2 c. wheat flour
1 jar apple sauce (24 oz.)
1 c. oat bran cereal, dry
1 tbsp. baking soda
2 c. low fat milk
1 c. molasses
1 c. Puritan oil
1 c. raisins
1 tbsp. cinnamon, optional
1 c. oatmeal, dry

Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 24 (2 inch) muffins. Calories: 256 each.
