CARAMEL CUSTARD CUPS | |
Place 1 tablespoon of brown sugar into 4 custard cups. Press sugar lightly on bottom. Mix 2 slightly beaten eggs, 1 2/3 cups milk, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/8 teaspoon salt. Pour carefully over brown sugar. Set custard cup in pan holding 1 inch of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool, loosen edges with knife and unmold. |
