CARAMEL CUSTARD PIE 
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp. flour (plain)
3 tbsp. butter
1 unbaked (9 inch pie crust)

Add enough water to milk to make 2 cups. Add eggs and beat until well mixed. Combine sugar and flour. Cut in butter until mixture is like coarse crumbs. Add milk mixture to sugar mixture, beat until well blended. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in hot oven 400 degrees for 30 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Use whipped cream to garnish.
