SPARE RIBS/BEER AND HONEY 
2 pkgs. spare ribs cut in serving pieces
3/4 c. honey
2 tsp. salt
2 c. beer
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard

Mix all ingredients except spare ribs. Marinate spare ribs in the mixture of all the ingredients for 24 hours in the refrigerator, basting and turning few times. Remove spare ribs from marinate and arrange in a single layer in a shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours basting frequently with marinade. Serves 6-8.
