DELICIOUS GROUND LAMB 
2 lb. ground lamb
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cumin
Ground garlic
1 c. pine nuts
1 c. pistachio
1 c. parsley

Knead lamb with salt, pepper, allspice. Flatten meat on a sheet of waxed paper. Make rows of garlic, pine nuts, pistachio and parsley. Roll. Put in baking dish. Add mixture of 2/3 water and 1/3 vinegar to dish. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes.

This was tasty. I cut the recipe in half for 4 servings. I'd recommend using a non-stick fabric instead of wax paper (last box was MUCH thinner), which disentigrated on me. I needed to make the meat a thinner layer so it would seal. I had to use a loaf pan to keep it closed. Used 2/3c. water and 1/3c. balsamic vinegar. Should have halved that also. Will definitely make it again!

Please, before you cook it, try it raw on a pita with greek yogurt and shredded cucumber with a pinch of mint. Very Very GOOD!!!
