SHRIMP AND RICE 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 lbs. peeled and cleaned shrimp
1 clove minced garlic
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Melt butter in a pan; saute onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic. Mix flour with water and add to sauce with tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 15 minutes; add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Simmer additional 15 minutes; add Tabasco sauce and cook 5 minutes more. Serve over hot rice. Serves 6.
