EASY BEEF BURGUNDY 
3 lbs. cubed beef
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup
1 scant soup can dry red wine
Salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, sliced
1 bay leaf
Garlic powder (approximately 1/4 tsp.)

Mix all ingredients in 2 1/2 to 3-quart covered casserole or roasting pan. Roast in slow oven (300-325 degrees) for 3-5 hours until meat is tender. Serve with noodles or rice.
