EASY HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. cubed cheddar or Swiss cheese
1/2 c. green onion
Dash of salt & pepper

Brown meat in skillet over medium heat, drain and set aside. Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and seasonings. Pour into pie shell. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in 350 degree oven or until browned and a knife comes out clean.
