HAMBURGER MUSHROOM QUICHE 
1 lbs. lean hamburger
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
2 cans mushrooms, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
1 unbaked pie shell (9 1/2 inch)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat and drain off fat. Combine cheese, mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch. Stir in onion, mushrooms and meat. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into pie shell and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until puffy and golden brown. Serves 6 to 8.
