BEEF MUSHROOM QUICHE 
1 pie shell, unbaked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. chopped onion (saute with meat)
1 tbsp. chopped ripe olives
Dash of picante sauce or hot sauce
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. ground beef, sauteed
2 eggs
1 sm. can mushrooms (2 1/2 oz.)

Brown ground meat and add onions to saute. Drain. Mix all the above and pour into pie shell. Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
