GROUND BEEF & MUSHROOM QUICHE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can mushrooms
3 eggs, whipped fluffy
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 lb. grated cheese
2 frozen pie shells (deep dish)
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Saute hamburger and onion. Add mushrooms and soup. In a separate bowl, whip the eggs until fluffy. Add whipping cream and cheese. Add to beef with remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
