BEEF AND MUSHROOM PIE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Beef-a-Roni
1 lb. ground beef
2 1/2 c. hot water
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 (9") pie shell

Brown rice in butter, add beef and continue browning. Stir in hot water, beef flavor packet, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Simmer 15 minutes, cool slightly. Stir in beaten eggs. Fill pie shell, garnish with 3 slices of bacon, if desired. Bake on cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
