BEEFY MUSHROOM MOZZARELLA MEAT
LOAF
 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
1 c. old-fashioned Quaker Oats
1 pkg. Campbell's onion mushroom mix
3/4 c. milk
1 can Campbell's beefy mushroom soup
1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese

Mix meat, eggs, oats, onion, mushroom mix and milk. Divide mixture in half, press 1/2 into 8 x 12 inch pan. Top with 1/2 of cheese. Put remaining meat mix on top. Press sides together so cheese won't seep out. Make top of meatloaf flat.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Drain excess liquid, top with remaining cheese. Mix beefy mushroom soup with 1/4 cup water and pour on top of cheese and meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour or until done.
