KOREAN STYLE SPARERIBS 
3 lbs. ribs, cut into 2 rib servings

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
3-4 spring onions, chopped, including green tops
1/2 c. sugar

Combine sauce ingredients; marinate the ribs in the sauce overnight. To keep ribs tender during cooking, use a lid on your charcoal grill. Put the ribs in foil, brushing generously with the marinade. Grill for about 1 hour, making sure all the vents are open. Pour the extra sauce over fried rice.
