CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crabmeat
2 ribs of celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 boiled egg, chopped
2 strips of bacon, chopped
Salt & pepper
1 raw egg
1 can of mushrooms
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
Juice of 1 lemon
2 slices of bread
1/2 green pepper, chopped

Cook onion, celery, and green pepper in a small amount of water until the vegetables are tender. Drain. Mix vegetables with other ingredients and place in a greased casserole dish. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
