CRABMEAT OR SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
2 cans flaked crabmeat (shrimp)
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 jar pimento, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
1/3 c. minced onion
1 c. garlic croutons

Mix all ingredients except croutons. Bake in buttered casserole topped with croutons at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (May add 1 teaspoon curry and a little lemon juice.) 6 to 8 servings.
