SHRIMP AND CRABMEAT AU GRATIN 
1 lb. crabmeat (lump)
1 lb. boiled shrimp
3 tbsp. butter
3 oz. sharp cheese
3 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. romano cheese
1/2 c. crushed cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. paprika

Saute crab meat and shrimp in butter. Add sherry, cheese and hot cream sauce. (Mix cream cheese with 2 tbsp. milk until melted to make cheese sauce). Season with salt and pepper. Cook thoroughly. Pour into casserole, sprinkle with cracker crumbs, romano cheese, and paprika. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
