SECRET LEMON CUSTARD 
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding and pie filling
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) carton lemon (or plain) yogurt

Mix all ingredients. Whip with beater or electric mixer until smooth and thickened. Put in small custard cups and chill before serving. This may be put in a baked pie shell or graham cracker pie crust. Garnish with maraschino cherries, mint, twist of lemon, or whipped topping. (Be sure to keep chilled before cutting if a pie shell is used.)

You can substitute a package of vanilla instant pudding and pie filling with an 8-ounce cup of strawberry, raspberry, peach, or your favorite flavor of yogurt. For an easy chocolate pie, use 1 box chocolate instant pudding and pie filling, 1 cup milk and an 8-ounce cup of plain yogurt. Top with a spoon of whipped topping. These are low calorie and delicious!
