LEMON CUSTARD BARS 
3/4 c. butter
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

TOPPING:

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. lemon juice

Mix butter, powdered sugar and flour until crumbly; press in bottom of 9 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Set aside and prepare topping. Combine eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice, mixing well. Pour over the baked crust; return to oven and bake 20 minutes longer. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into squares. Remove form pan with a spatula as soon as cooled.
