QUICK AND EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
1/2 stick butter
1/2 onion
1 package frozen mixed vegetables
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken breast (from Sam's)
Frozen Pillsbury pie crust

Saute onion in butter, add frozen vegetables, add soup and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Add broth from canned chicken. Brown bottom crust in 9 x 2 pan, pour in vegetable and soup mix add chicken, add top pie crust and bake in oven 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
