APPLE CRUMBLE 
1 1/2 c. oat bran
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour (sifted) or unbleached white flour
Pinch of salt
Cinnamon to taste
2 1/2 tbsp. safflower oil
1/2 c. rice syrup
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 to 3 c. vanilla soy milk
2 tbsp. water
Raisins
Apples

Peel and slice fresh apples. Toss with cinnamon and raisins. Add the 2 tablespoons water to the apples.

Mix remaining ingredients except the soy milk. Then add enough soy milk until mixture is crumbly. Top the apples with this and bake for about 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.
