HAMBURGER JERKY 
5 lb. ground meat
1 1/2 tsp. Tender Quik
3 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. red pepper
1 1/2 tsp. cardamon
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tbsp. Accent
1 oz. liquid smoke
1 oz. water

Mix above ingredients together well. Place part of mixture between sheets of waxed paper, lining baking sheets. Spread to 1/4 inch thick. Refrigerate overnight. Remove wax paper, place on baking sheets, cut into strips. Bake at 200 degrees until done, 3-4 hours.
