STUFFED ROLLED LASAGNA | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked according to pkg. directions 1 - 1 1/2 c. one of the following or combination: chunk style turkey, ham or pastrami, Italian turkey sausage, crumbled, cooked & drained or cooked ham 1 c. Ricotta cheese 1 c. spinach, cooked & chopped 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese 1 (26-32 oz.) jar pasta sauce (I prefer Classico Spicy Red Pepper Sauce) Drain lasagna noodles. Combine meat, spinach and cheese. Save 1/4 cup of Mozzarella to sprinkle on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Spread mixture on the lasagna noodles and roll. Place rolled noodles in baking dish and pour pasta sauce over it. Sprinkle cheeses. Bake 20 minutes. Serves 6. Parmesan cheese can be sprinkled after baking too. |
