MARINATED VEGETABLE ORIENTAL
SALAD
 
1 can bean sprouts
1 can bamboo shoots
1 can water chestnuts (sliced)
1 can mushrooms (4 oz.)
1 can cut green beans
1 lg. jar diced pimentos (drain all above vegetables)
1 c. diced celery
1 sliced green pepper
1 sm. cauliflower head (broken up)
3 diced carrots
Wishbone Italian dressing
1/2 c. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Drain bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, mushrooms, green beans and diced pimentos. Add celery, green pepper, cauliflower and carrots. Mix all with a little Wishbone Italian Dressing. Add 1/2 cup sugar, salt and pepper. Let stand overnight. Mix well and serve.
