VEGETABLE SALAD MARINATE 
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
4 carrots
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 box cherry tomatoes
4 stalks celery
4 green onions

Cut vegetables into bite size pieces. Slice carrots, chop onions. Mix all ingredients.

DRESSING:

1 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) bottle Zesty Italian dressing

Mix and pour over vegetables. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
