MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 can shoepeg corn 1 green pepper (diced) 1 med. onion (diced) 1 bunch broccoli (cut in bite sized pieces) 1 head cauliflower (cut in bite sized pieces) 1 lg. tomato (cut in bite sized pieces) 1/2 c. salad oil 1/2 c. vinegar 1/4 c. sugar Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well to coat vegetables thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving. |
