EASY ONE STEP LASAGNA 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 (48 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
2 eggs, beaten
1 (24 oz.) carton sm. curd cottage cheese
1 lb. (4 c.) grated Mozzarella cheese

In a large skillet brown ground beef; add spaghetti sauce and heat. In a small bowl beat egg, mix in cottage cheese. Spoon 1/3 of meat sauce into the bottom of a 9"x13" baking dish or cake pan. Cover with a double layer of UNCOOKED lasagna noodles (8-10 depending on shape of dish). Spoon 1/2 of cottage cheese mixture and cover with 1/3 of meat sauce and 2 cups Mozzarella cheese. Repeat with a noodle layer, remaining cottage cheese mixture, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes, checking to see if noodles are fork tender.
