ONE - STEP LASAGNA | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey 1 sm. onion Garlic salt or powder 15 1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce 1 box lasagna noodles, uncooked 1 sm. container cottage cheese, low fat Parmesan cheese 2 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese Combine ground beef/turkey, onions and garlic; brown. Add spaghetti sauce. 1st layer spaghetti/meat sauce. 2nd layer lasagna noodles, uncooked. 3rd layer cheeses. Repeat. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover tightly with heavy duty foil. Sit on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand uncovered 10 minutes and serve. |
