BROCCOLI CARROT SALAD 
4 stalks broccoli, bitesize
1 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. chopped purple onion
3/4 c. raisins
1 c. sunflower seeds, shelled
Baco's

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Combine first four ingredients and pour mixed dressing over. Refrigerate overnight. Stir in sunflower seeds before serving and top generously with bacos.
