BROCCOLI - CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 lg. head cauliflower
3 lg. stalks broccoli
2 c. raw frozen peas
1/2 c. onion
1 c. thinly sliced carrots

DRESSING:

2 c. salad dressing
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Lawry seasoning salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Bacon bits (opt.)

Wash all ingredients. Break up cauliflower into small flowerettes. Cut up broccoli into bite-size pieces. Slice carrots thinly, add peas, chopped onion. Mix dressing together in separate bowl and pour over vegetables. This keeps well. Lo-fat sour cream and salad dressing can be used.
