CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese
2/3 lb. Velveeta
1 pt. half and half
1/2 c. butter
32-40 oz. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed

Spread hash browns in 9"x13" pan. Melt cheese and butter in microwave. Add half and half. Pour over hash browns. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. You can stir them up every 20 minutes or so. For a little crispier top, remove foil for last 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
