MEXICAN BEEF & BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can Ranch style beans
1 tsp. chili powder
1 sm. pkg. flour tortillas
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 can Rotel tomatoes, mashed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Brown meat and onion. Drain. Add beans, chili powder, soup, Rotel and garlic salt; mix well. In casserole, layer tortillas, meat mixture and cheese, ending with cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
