SWEET BREAD FOR ROLLS | |
2 c. milk, heat 2 tsp. salt 1-2 pkgs. dry yeast 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. water (105-115 degrees) 1/2 c. butter 3 eggs 8-10 c. flour Heat milk, add salt, dry yeast and sugar. Add butter and eggs to the 1/2 cup water. Add flour to mixtures until holds together. Knead 8 to 10 minutes. Rise in warm buttered bowl until double. Roll out, sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and butter. Roll up in a long roll. Cut in 1 1/2" to 2" slices, place in buttered 9"x13" pan. Let rise. |
