SWEET POTATO ROLL 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2/3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat 3 eggs 3 minutes on high speed. Add 1 cup sugar, beat well. Add 2/3 cup mashed sweet potatoes. Sift together 2/3 cup plain flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon cloves, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Sift into egg mixture and stir. Grease and flour cookie sheet, spread batter, add 1 cup chopped nuts on top, bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn bread out on towel that has powder sugar on it, roll it up and let set until cool.

While cooling - beat 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla together. Then unroll the bread and spread the filling on top. Roll back up and slice. Wrap and store in refrigerator.
