EASY SWEET ROLLS 
1 recipe Basic Biscuits (below)
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Confectioners icing (below)

BASIC BISCUITS:

2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk

Cut shortening into flour. Add milk and stir with fork only until dough leaves sides of bowl. Turn dough onto floured board and knead until smooth. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease 9 inch round cake pans. Prepare biscuit dough, rolling dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Brush with melted butter, combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over dough. Roll up, jelly roll fashion, beginning with long side. Slice into 1/2 inch slices. Place slices in pans. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Drizzle with confectioners icing.

NOTE: Rolls may be baked in greased muffin cups 12 to 15 minutes.

CONFECTIONERS ICING:

1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine and blend well.
