BEV'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
3-4 whole chicken breasts, stewed, boned and cubed 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli 2 cans cream of chicken soup 3/4 c. real mayonnaise 8 oz. shredded mild Cheddar cheese 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds Layer broccoli in greased casserole dish. Mix chicken, soup, mayonnaise and 6 ounce cheese. Pour on top of broccoli. Sprinkle rest of cheese and almonds on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-60 minutes. Serves 6. |
