BROCCOLI CASSEROLE SUPREME 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. real mayonnaise
2 eggs, well beaten
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. bread crumbs

Cook broccoli just until tender; drain well. Mix soup and mayonnaise together until smooth. Add eggs, onion, salt and pepper to broccoli. Put in a 2-quart casserole. Cover top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
