BAKED GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
6 bacon slices, chopped
3 1/2 c. cooked new potatoes, quartered
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 tbsp. Kraft pure prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
Salt & pepper

Cook bacon until crisp; remove bacon, reserving 2 tablespoons fat. Crumble bacon; combine with reserved fat, potatoes, onion, green pepper and celery. Add combined salad dressing, mustard and seasonings; mix lightly.

Pour into 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Bake at 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Garnish with additional crisply cooked bacon, crumbled, if desired. 6-8 servings.
