NACHO CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (or 2 small Mexican Velveeta)
1 sm. can Hormel chili (with or without beans)
1 tsp. butter
1 sm. or medium onion, diced
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Can also use:

Salsa, mild or hot
Mild taco sauce
Small can stewed tomatoes

Any variation and amount of above ingredients can be used. Melt and stir in crockpot. Serve warm with chips for dipping.
