NACHO DIP - MEXICAN 
2 cans refried beans with chilies
2 med. container sour cream
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 bunches scallions, chopped
1 sm. can black olives, sliced or chopped
1 sm. can chilies
1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese & Colby, shredded
1 pkg. nachos

1. Layer refried beans (mix 1/2 can of chilies).

2. Sour cream

3. Mix tomatoes, scallions, black olives and chilies; place on sour cream.

4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and chill in refrigerator. When ready to serve place nacho around dip.
