NACHO CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. regular Velveeta cheese
1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
2 (16 oz.) jars taco salsa
2 lbs. ground beef

Melt Velveeta cheese with salsa in crock pot (on high). Brown ground beef and add to melted cheese mixture. Heat on low until ready to serve.

Everyone loves this recipe. It gets requested for every potluck and picnic I attend, which amazes me because it's so simple! I use 2 lb regular Velveeta and remove the Mexican Velveeta when I make it though.
