NACHO CHEESE DIP 
4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. sausage
1 can chopped green chilies
2 cans Rotel tomatoes

Brown sausage and drain. Add onions, chilies and Rotel tomatoes. Simmer 10 minutes. Cut cheese into small squares. Place in crockpot. Pour meat mixture over cheese. Slow cook on low until cheese is melted. Serve with Doritos.
