MOCK MAYONNAISE 
1 c cottage cheese
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp salad oil
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
dash pepper

In covered blender container, at medium speed, blend all ingredients until smooth, scraping the container with a rubber spatula as necessary. Cover and refrigerate. Use within 2 weeks.

Makes 1 cup.
