SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained (optional)
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can fried onions. Pour into 1-quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onion, bake an additional 5 minutes uncovered. Yield: 6 servings.
