CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 lb. chicken cooked and diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. chicken stock
1 stick butter
1 diced small onion
2 tbsp. chopped celery
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing

Mix chicken, celery soups and chicken stock. Melt butter and mix with stuffing, onion and celery. Place layer of stuffing mixture in buttered baking dish. Top with layer of chicken, continue until all of mixture is used. Add soup and chicken stock. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
