1 yellow cake mix
1 sm. c. sour cream
Approx. 6 oz. Smuckers strawberry jam
1 can cream cheese frosting

Mix cake mix by directions and bake in 4 layers for a shorter period of time. Cool layers. Ice first layer with 1/3 of the sour cream, then put 1/3 of the jam on top of sour cream. Put on second and third layer and repeat.

On the top layer only ice with cream cheese. Frosting as well as the side of the cake. Good anytime, but especially good with afternoon tea.
