BAKED APPLE CUSTARD 
3 c. sliced apples
5 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. cream
3 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt

Butter 1-2 quart glass or Pyrex baking dish. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar over bottom. Distribute sliced apples.

Beat eggs, blending in milk, cream, flour, salt, sugar, and vanilla; pour over apples. Bake at 375°F for 45-50 minutes.

Remove from oven when custard is set and lightly golden brown. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar.

TOPPING:

2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. sugar

Yum! Made it for my fam and everyone loved it. Will make again! I used extra apples because I wanted to use them up, so I increased the cooking time about 10 minutes, and it was good.
