CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Measure flour and sugar into large bowl. In a medium sauce pan, combine butter, cocoa and water. Bring to a brisk boil. Pour over flour and sugar mixture. In separate bowl, combine yogurt, baking soda, vanilla and eggs. mix until smooth. Add to cocoa mixture. Pour into large greased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan (11 x 16). Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
2 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

In medium sauce pan, mix butter, milk, and cocoa and bring to boil. Add powdered sugar, walnuts and vanilla. Spread on warm cake.
