IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix

Preheat oven to 400°F. Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt. Spread into 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir milk, eggs and Bisquick mix with fork until blended. Pour on top of ground beef and cheese.

Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
