ORIGINAL CHEESECAKE 
Filling:

5 pkg. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. plain all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs + 2 yolks
1/4 c. milk

Crust:

1 1/2 packs graham crackers
1 stick butter
2 to 3 tbsp. sugar

Line bottom of pan with crust. Mix in bowl the cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla. Beat in eggs and yolks 1 at a time until smooth. Beat in milk. Pour into pan.

Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes then lower to 250°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
